Hi. Hope someone can help. Bosch d/washer.
Fault is the dreaded E24.
This is how it goes wrong via customer: set to an intensive wash and the O/let pump comes on as per usual- pumping no water away because there isn`t any at that stage- and the pumping out noise just carries on and on and never even fills up.
However when I tried the offending contraption the whole cycle worked fine, not a hint of anything.
It is possible, thinking about it but probably not enough!, that what is really happening is the o/let pump comes on, then the wash motor comes on- the two sounding similar- but there`s no fill! The complete opposite as to how my test on the beast tested out. So the question is: how can this evil machine from hell one time work great and fill up and pump out and does everything else right, the next time it never fills and after 3 to 5 minutes so customer says, the thing then flashes up E24? Anybody out there had this senario and even better got to find out the answer. Thanks.
