    Are these programmed to go wrong at 18months old seem to be getting more of them this one is picking up moisture onto the element and tripping electric i have checked for blockages, pump works ok cannot find a reason why, the heater sits just above the rear of the condensor so there is very little protection for the heater to get damp anyone help.

    If the condenser isn’t cleaned regularly excess moisture breaks down the heater, most times its the NTC leaking down to earth.

    Thanks i should have mentioned the customer has kept the condensor very clean it only trips after about 15 min then whe you remove back panel its full of moisture done loads of same problem on hotpoint which i have fixed no problem by cleaning and clearing pump/condensor,i know its a basic problem just cannot see why on this one
