fault .60 coming up on display and beeping. on test fault didn’t happen but customer has informed me its doing it again. anybody had this before?

from tha manual i have pm’ed to you fault 60 only comes up to customer if its an overheat problem

from tech infoselect half load when using any programme (exept pre wash ) to save water elec and time if machine is only half full. place dishes anywhere in machine upper and lower baskets
