I have a bosch Ecologixx 7 dryer, WTW84560GB/11, which was just transported by the removal men from hell. They transported it laid flat on its back :boops: and now even though the machine goes through the complete program without any error messages, there is no or very little heat. Once the countdown timer gets to around 1 hour, the sensors adds 9 more minutes and keeps doing this until the clothes presumably get to a certain level of moisture, then the cycle counts down and completes. This can take 6 hours with a cotton load.
The machine makes all the same noises it used to, the self clean function is operating, and I’m sure compressor is running.
Any advice on where to start looking for the cause of the problem, please?

Transporting it on it’s back could well have caused oil to get into the refrigerant and render the heat pump system useless. (Especially so if the appliance was used within 24hrs of it being placed upright). You are best advised to contact the removal company and inform them the machine was damaged by them. (Their liability insurance should cover such mishaps).

You, or they, will then need to contact BSH Appliance Care and get them to fix it.
