stoves gas built in double oven 900 gtf

Hi all in need of some stoves cooker expert advice here please :rolls:

I have been to look at a stoves 900 gtf double oven and it wont
ignite automatically. there is a ignition module in the back of the oven and I have read 123 v from terminals l1 l2 l3
the ignition module states 230 v is this normal ? or has the logic board failed? as the ignition module is wired direct to the logic board I have checked all switches and voltages to the main board everything reads ok.
anybody worked on a stoves gas built in oven?
