    Almost certainly the thermostats at the back. Kit 1701583, in shop@ukwhitegoods.com.

    If you cannot perform the diagnosis or are unsure about fitting, contact repairs@ukwhitegoods.com or look in the Directories section for a UKW engineer in your area.

    Do nothing without pulling the plug first.
