we have a miele dishwasher here in the workshop, and the customer is complaining that their glass ware are becoming cloudy. They have done all the reccommended advice that we gave them. i.e. change tablet brand, topup on rinse aid, salt etc but still to no joy.
Would it be a case that the water softener unit over time isnt functioning as it should and causing this to happen?
