Oh no, this is a different problem I expect 🙁 Most likely your machine is not heating at all or is it? That would make the filter light come on if it wasn’t!

Then I am not sure, usually if there was a problem where the filter light came on, the heater would shut down 😕 Do just check the water container is empty, the filter is clean, no build-up of fluff in the door cavity behind the lint filter and that the air inlet (the grill on the bottom r/h/side) it not restricted in any way.
