    hey
i`m a german guy – so my english is not the best. sorry for that.

I have the no frost freezer SR-L3626B he runs good but the last days i see at the LED sign that numbers running down 6-5-4-3-2-1-6-5-4-3-2-1 all the time. I spent this information no notice because the freezer works well but today the led sign this — My girl friend press the Vac button. After this the Led goes out, the motor goes out and the light inside goes out. No life anymore in the machine. There was no loud noise or blitz in the machine. The fuse from the house dont crash.

So i search for the fuse in the srl3626b but i dont find anything.
i found at the back of the fridge this diagramm

and i open the white box where the power wire goes in.

Have somebody any idea what the fault can be ?

    Hi

Vac will turn the fridge off as you’ve told the fridge that you’ve gone on holiday.

I would suspect that you’ve got a button stuck.

i dont understand the word “button stuck”
Normally when pressed the Vac-button, on the LED screen you see the VAC words.
the frigde turn off. But the freezer runs normal. So i must hear the motor or kompressor or something.

But i have no working led screen, no noise when i put the power wire in the house.

    Hi

That depends on you pressing all the buttons randomly as that can turn the display off..
Go to samsungs website and download the manual if you don’t understand the settings which will help you learn how to set it
