    Hi
    A friend has a Hoover Optima HNF6167. On the quick 60deg program it washes fine but when it gets to fill on the rinse cycle it stops. It tries to fill repeatedly. You can hear the valve being shut off.
    I was wondering if it’s the softener tray or hose from the tray blocked.
    Also get LEDs flashing (error code I assume) but i’ve not been there to see the sequence.
    She thinks it rinses fine when placed manually to the rinse/spin cycle.
