    Good evening all,

Wondering if anyone can advise on a problem with the above tumble drier?

The appliance works fine for about ten minutes, then the “clean filter” light illuminates, together with a buzzer, and sometimes aborts the programme.

The filter is absolutely fine, as is the condenser and housing, which I have cleaned and dried.

Wondering if there is a suspect sensor, or what the underlying cause may be?

Does anyone have a manual, or is there a test procedure for this dryer?

I’ve located a sensor behind the lint filter,(and wonder if this is some sort of turbidity sensor?) in the housing, but unable to find it on a parts diagram, and it may not be faulty anyway.

    Any help gratefully accepted!

I’ve finally ascertained that the sensor in question is a TOC ‘stat.

Does anyone know if this sensor would cause the above problem? I assume that it measures the air flow/density, and if faulty sends the clean filter light on.

    Good afternoon,

Above TOC fine, and further tests revealed Error Code: TE3

This relates to temp’ thermistor, and related wiring, which I’ve checked and found to be good.

    Therefore, suspect electronic control module.
