    Machine fails to empty U11 fault code. I have removed the filter cover and no water comes out. I have drained the water by removing the small hose which joins the drum half way up. I have removed the large hose which connects to the pump, at the valve end and I can blow freely through the pipe. I have powered up the pump and it seems to pump ok. It seems to me that the problem must be in either the valve on the drum, its actuator motor or the electronics card. Is there any way to test these?

    If the pump is working and you ate sure tje water outlet hose is clear,then i would check your waste outlet pipe under sink for a blockage…

    Thanks for that Muv, but the outlet hose is not sealed to the waste outlet pipe and the floor isn’t flooded.
