I have premier range cooker hood which has stopped working. The motor seems to be working as sometimes respond when I switch it on from the main. The touch control is not responding and it is frozen at number 3.
I contacted the company but they are helpful at all. The range I have is no longer supplied bybthem and advised me to get a new control panel from their website which I did but it didn’t match.
I am trying all options before getting a new one. I wonder if anyone had the same problem before and managed to fix the control panel.. Replacement is not possible so far because they don’t have it on their website and they are not on any of the spareparts websites- quite annoying!!
