    Does anyone have the technical please? I think I managed to get it to read a code of Ed8.

    Customer complains that it refuses to spin at the end of the cycle although selecting spin alone it performs OK, and the dryer doesn’t function also…selecting and starting a drying cycle starts the machine but after 2 or 3 minutes it aborts, the time drops down (on sensor or timed) and the door unlatches. No fault code is displayed at this point.

    Mt first thought is a software fault but I’d like to confirm if anyone has the manual.

    Hi

    Fault code means no taco signal from power fan (dryer)

    Have sent stuff to your email from web site

    From the manual ……Ed8 = No tachometric signal from power fan. Wiring faulty, Power fan faulty or WD PCB faulty, Drying phase skipped. I tried emailing manual but file too big and my mailer says NO! 🙁
