    Hello,

Sorry for my bad English (I’m from France). I have a Bosch washing machine (Maxx 7) and since few weeks it’s noisy during spinning phase. The noise appears only while spinning fast (> 1000 tr). If I turn by hand the drum, it turn fine without any sound. If I put nothing in the drum and start a spin program (15 min), it starts slowly and goes faster and faster without any noisy sound. But after 7 min (when the speed is the highest I think), the noise starts. I checked the bearings at the rear of the drum, I don’t see any brown cast (rust).

    Could you please help?

    Thank you

Possibly a broken drum support spider, the full model number would be a great help but it does sound like a major failure. 🙁

Thank you for your reply. The model number is WAE28461FG How to check if it’s a broken support?

not easy but if you rotate the drum by hand through the door opening until each individual drum paddle/lifter is at the bottom then press down hard on the inner drum and see if there is any sign of it flexing. Sadly a very expensive repair. 🙁

I am not over familiar with this machine but some Bosch washing machines also get a knocking noise from the suspension units as well.
