    Finding these quite frustrating to work on. Had to replace the mains filter on one this week. Unlike the older machines where it was behind the mains terminal cover, it is now mounted to the right of this and, as far as I can tell, is totally inaccessible without removing the base – I ended up cutting a section out of the rear of the base. Also they now have an integral heater pump and damned if I know how to go about testing it.

    Does anyone have any info on stripping and fault finding?

    If you ask me nicely I could email you the service manual. But keep it quiet I don’t want half of UKW asking me for a copy. Ssssh!

    I’ll have one too please, Martin!! Although I am getting on OK with these now and they are quicker to dismantle than the older versions, so not all bad. Also not as reliable – equally not all bad!!

    what dishwasher are we talking about here? the most recent ones have a plug in lead and no separate mains filter as its part of the pcb, isn’t it?

    Just checked and it was in fact a Neff integrated machine with the mains filter fault. Don’t have a record of mod nr I’m sorry to say.
