I have a Bosch SKT5102GB/01 compact dishwasher which I’ve owned from new, it’s never had a fault until last week until it stopped circulating the water.
I’ve discovered that the fault lies with the circulation pump impeller, looks like one blade sheared off then that piece wreaked havoc on the rest of the impeller. The plastic had gone very brittle.
I’ve got a replacement impeller direct from Bosch, but for the life of me I can’t see how to hold the spindle to unscrew the old impeller without causing any damage. Can anyone advise how to get this little blighter off, please?

I’m not familiar with the model but to release the Impellor it will need to be turned clockwise as its ‘left hand threaded’ on the shaft.

Thanks for that little nugget of information Martin, I’ll attack the beast over the Easter weekend when I have a bit more time.

Thanks to Martin’s handy hint, my dishwasher is now back in full working order.
