    Hithe dispenser on my diplomat dishwasher is not releasing dishwasher tablet during cycle – do I need to replace the dispenser part or could it be something else? Thanks

    A model number would help but, probably is the answer.

    Thanks for your reply Kwatt – silly of me not to include it am new to this – it’s a slimline adp 8902 – old model but hardly used. I am selling my house and want it in working order for my buyer so any advice gratefully received 🙂

    I had the same problem with another diplomat model.
    I changed it for a Indesit soap dispenser, changing the electrical fittings and worked.
    It is not a difficult job, just remove lower panel (door), remove fitting + 6 screws (mounting plate) and replace it. Even there are some youtube videos explaining it.
