Zanussi washer-drier won’t take down conditiona.

Guys I went out to a Zanussi washer dryer today that was the taking down the conditioner, I removed the whole dispenser try and run a hosepipe through it and all the jets it seemed unblocked, Pro seeded to put it all back together and then put it on a test program and although all the solenoids works the water wasn’t coming down the condition channel, can someone please explain to me as there is no diverter valve have a condition port works, of the free solenoids I presume one is to dry one wash and one pre-wash, someone please put me out of my misery, thanks in advance
