    Just got this appliance. Gas engineer fitted and tested it all, ect.

    The actual internal oven flame seems… wild and uneven and doesn’t seem to lower if I chance the heat setting. Is this normal for a New World cooker? The hobs and grill are both perfectly fine.

    the oven is temperature controlled

    light and set to a low setting close door watch and wait

    it should turn down as it gets hot

    It turns down after a time, thank you – but I don’t think it looks normal.

    Is it not covered by warranty if you have just purchased it?
    If you think its faulty, get it checked!
