No power to dual fuel cooker

    Hi there, I have a SMEG C92DX8 dual fuel range cooker (electric ovens and gas hobs). I have no power getting to any of the ovens/grills and none of the hobs have an igntition spark. It seems like no power is getting to the cooker at all. The isolation switch is on and the cooker has not tripped at the consumer unit at all. Can anyone help me please?
