    Hi
    The drain pump seems to run constantly and often sounds rough, the pump even runs when the machine is switched off and I have to disconnect the supply to stop it. There are no fault codes given, but yesterday I saw F10 and so checked the drain hose, I removed a blockage, I then ran a quick rinse cycle and all went well but now the problems have returned. Any advise will be much appreciated.

    Solved
    Water had got into the control panel from the dryer that sits above. After dismantling the control panel completely, dying and cleaning the circuits got it all working well. 😀
