its a drcs68 on extra dry takes 1hour 50mins to dry 2 bed sheets customer says used to take 1 hour, had a new heater not so long ago, had it stripped down so not blocked anywhere, stuff comes out dry but why taking so long?

had a few like that where they stick them in cupboards and expect them to work
