You can select any programme, close door and machine beeps twice then does nothing, totally dead.
When you open the door no lights are flashing but it then beeps 10 times.Is this trying to tell me anything?

Sure its dead Jim, not even the slight hum of a jammed drain pump? Think the 10 beeps are just a “you have openend the door” alarm.

I laid down on the floor and listened carefully but couldn’t hear even the slightest hum Mark.

the first thing the program does once starting is operate the drain pump so would check that is getting a feed first.

Just returned from this machine, god I hate kitchen fitters. 😈
There was something in the drain pump, but it was very quiet when pump should have been running.
Took a photo of the obstruction because neither myself or the customer have any idea what it is, it is a small black plastic square, very slightly wedge shaped.?????
Will post it later.
