Model Number: GN 2566 INDEX 20/147 Freezer

Stupid question I know and I am hoping you can help. I have just received a replacement handle from UK Whitegoods for this freezer (Part: 7430670). Have exposed the screws attaching the existing handle to door but the screw head is of a type I haven’t seen before. It looks similar to a Phillips type screw but none of mine will fit. Do I have to buy a special screwdriver to remove them?
Many thanks.
Re: Liebherr GN 2566 Upright Freezer Replace Handle
Hi
If it’s a six sided like the attached then it’s a Torx screw. You can buy these sets at most good DIY centres. A handy set to have in your tool box as more and more products are fitted with these nowadays.
Sometimes a flat blade will move them but it is a risk as you may cause damage.
