    Customer complaining of a rattle on fast spin
    Took the lid off and found this
    Is this just a faulty block or is there a reason for it shattering like this

    I had an identical hotpoint one yesterday it was crumbling like cheese.

    Was a Hotpoint WMAL641
    Supposed to be about 2 years old
    All the fixing bolts are tight
    New weight fitted so fingers crossed 🙂
