Hi guys i have a problem with a zanussi ZDV1200IFA 91167900705, which is leaking into the base from the overflow holes in front of the lower door seal. When i set a quick wash the machine fills with water and a tiny amount splashes around the door seal into the front lip area with the holes, however over 10 to 15 minutes the amount of water in the front increases and reaches overflowing level. The water is hot by this time and when i open and close the door it sprays out from under the door seal. I have replaced both door seals and tried turning the water supply off after the machine has finished filling to rule out the valve, but it still leaks. This machine is very new and possibly still under guarantee but the owner has no paperwork. I have already repaired it about 2 months ago because the salt container nut was completely loose and flooding the base, this was probably the first time the machine was used. Can anyone give me some advice please? :lesson: i am not very familiar with these. Thanks 🙂

Could be pressure sensor problem or pressure sensor tubing clogged with gunge more likely, causing overfilling.

:salute: :salute: Thanks for getting back to me, I checked the hose between sump and pressure switch which was fine so I will order the switch 🙂
