    hi guys
    tricity bendix dead!
    blown resistor right on edge of the board number r77 all green looks like maybe 1 watt size. please can anyone tell me the resistance as I haven’t another to compare.

    if the resistor has blown then the switch mode power supply chip will have done as well
    these type of resistors are normally is about 100 ohm but are a fusible type. this resistor is made to blow if chip fails and causes a short

    chip will be 7 or 8 leg chip near a small transformer.

    similar but not identical board, resistor was reading 47ohms.
    posted for info. will put in something around 70ish and see what happens.
