    Re.the above appliance (prod no 914906617-00). Report that the timer was counting down but no cycle was actually occurring, at the end of the timer unless switched off at the mains it re-set and started counting down again. On assessment its giving a DEN error. Anyone come across this before? Assuming it’s a PCB issue?

    cant find any ref to a DEN error

    can fin “DEM” demo mode but to exit demo mode it says unplug from socket
