Went to check this out for tripping switch , checked insulation on all the elements and they are fine , disconnected the TOC at the top and it didn’t trip could anyone help with a possible fault, thanks in advance

Try isolating the supply, reconnect the TOC/elements etc then Megger again. (Unless of course the TOC itself has an earth fault? 😉 )
