    Hi recently moved my perfectly working samsung from garage to kitchen,now its not freezing or cooling properly
    some frozen water can be seen under bottom drawer of freezer
    Any help appreciated

    Empty it and turn it of for 48 hours and leave the doors open to carry out a full defrost.

    When you turn it back on after two to four hours it should work ok

    With a full defrost am i likely to get water covering the kitchen floor?

    The drain Tray may not be able to take all the water so it is worth putting a towel on the floor and a towel on the bottom inside the freezer.
