    Hello,

having a problem with this oven. When you turn the selector switch to anything except off the fan element turns on full power even with the thermostat turned off.

I have tried a different switch and a thermostat, but it has made no difference.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

Apparently it’s been working perfectly until recently. Can’t understand how it’s possible for power to get to the element when it’s turned to light.

Whole thing was pretty low insulation.

When it started arcing across a gap in the blown element and heating up while switched to light (with the wires to the light disconnected) I decided to call it a day. It had also managed to cut through the middle of my fingernail and there was blood everywhere…

    Skip time.
