    Just been to look at one of these. The lights come on, but when you press the start button nothing happens, if you hold the start/pause button in, 3 lights flash, from left to right, light 1, 3 & 4. Stain blaster, Sens care & fast Iron. The customer said she thought she heard a pop or a bang about 30 seconds into the last wash.

    Are you looking for the answer, fault code or for ideas?

    What have you checked / metered so far?

    Fault code. The customer is in two minds whether to have it repaired, or to replace it. I ain’t going to spend too much time on this one, as I think it might be a waste of time. Just like to know what fault that lights 1,3 & 4 is.

    It doesn’t represent any error code. Error codes (e.g E00 – E18) are displayed. You’ll need to check machines components to find out what caused the bang now won’t you? 👿
