    Hi, the dishwasher is using to much rinse aid, its set to the correct number but if full its empty after 2 washes.

    i watched it with the door off and when the solenoid energises to open the dispenser door it remains energised for about 20 seconds. i dont know if this is normal or if that is why the rinse aid is going,

    any help welcomed. thanks.

    I think most dishwashers engage the r.aid solenoid for about 15/20 seconds.
    I would change the box, sounds like the seal inside the has worn or bunged up.
