Hi, a customer of mine has a Neff Double Oven U1644N0GB/10. The main oven is not reaching the correct temperature, I assume the thermostat needs replacing, however I can only find a ‘Temperature Thermal Limiter’ and a ‘PTC Sensor’. Does anyone know which one will I need?

The PTC acts as the thermostat.
