    Hello everyone. My fridge fan is not working and the fridge is not cooling. The freezer appears to be working as the food is still frozen. No alarms are going off however the freezer temp light is flashing as is the alarm/bell sign. I have tried turning the whole unit off for about 20 minutes. This appears to reset everything and the fan works for a short while then stops. Does anyone know what I could do to try to fix this. Thanks

    Frozen perhaps but, is it down to an average of -18?C?

    If it’s not cold enough I’d expect the fridge fan not to kick in.
