ple64x hoover new hob install

Hi Guys,

im having a rit day today…. installed about hob and to be honest i dont do many installs,
basically iv fitted all ok with the seal under it everything and iv turned it on full on all hobs and it was doing quiet a bit of burning off? some of the burn off slight usual burn off smoke was coming from the dial wholes….. and the actual base frame? was very hot…. slight smell as well, i fit many elements and im used to the usual burn off but this was something else?

help guys im stuck here if to contact qualtex to see if they will take it back…? or how normal is quiet a bit of clear smoke on full power and hot base?
