    When I had a wash cycle on the other day during the spin phase the machine was making a very loud noise and when I opened the door there was a burning smell coming from the machine. I can’t hear any noise when I turn the drum by hand and I have cleaned out the filter. Can anyone suggest what is causing it and if it can be fixed? Thanks

    It could be a number of things, something stuck, motor or pulley at a guess but it’s just a case of trying to figure it out.
