Only back from my short break a few hours and back on the phones. 🙁
Customer just called with a Bosch WTE86308/GB-02
She says the washing is fine from the washer but has small black marks on after using the dryer.
Not a model I am over familiar with, any known causes of this fault?

Normally the front drum seal on these. You can get a cloth in the gap, turn the drum a few times and that will prove the point. Spend a bit of time doing that as changing the seal is no 5 minute job.
