ModeratorBuilt in Neff washer, cannot get Enr No: as door will not open and due to the state of the decor door hinges and screws, that will have to be prised off the hinges to allow the machine to be dragged out, not within my remit to damage customers doors. :rolls:
Set to any programme, pump runs and the following lights flash,
Start/Pause: slowly flashing

Ready: lights flashing slightly faster. Can anyone recognise from attached picture and tell me what the code is.

I assume you did, because you are extremely clever, pull the red emergency door release? Also the lower white plastic front will come off to gain access upwards, inwards or even upside downwards…

Not clever enough by half, 🙁 don’t see that many of these and not had one with the door locked before, never to old to learn. 🙂
Although TBH there was no sign of the red door release, suspect it might have been ripped off at some time, apparently had several major repairs done by BG.
Thanks for your replies. 8)

Don’t go blaming BG what have they done to hurt you?
The red thing is shown in the photo, to the right of the filter and up a bit.
There you go…June 18, 2015 at 3:53 pm #428283Martin

Red door releases are only on models with solenoid door locks. This one is handle access only.

Nothing to ‘hurt’ me personally but I have seen many instances of their work in this area over the years and it didn’t inspire confidence in a lot of cases. 🙁
I am however at a complete loss as to the reasons for what I perceive to be a hint of thinly disguised sarcasm in your posts, I have no idea what I have done to hurt you?

No sarcasm at all, sorry if my post came across that way. Just the way I roll , trying to be helpful not belittling.

Take the 4 screws out of the lower bottom access panel and remove. Mop out water probably in base operating flood protection float and the door should then open when appliance switched on…..then find source of leak/water 🙂

Thanks Paul, at least that confirms Martins thoughts.
A bit of a strange customer TBH, rang last weekend, call was booked for Tuesday but I had a cancellation for Monday and rang the number he left five or six times over the weekend and Monday, during the day and in the evening but got the answerphone every time. Late on Monday night I got a message that he had now sorted it and not to bother. He called back Tuesday evening to say it had stuck again.
Called yesterday and he gave me a mobile number instead. Rang that several times yesterday and night without getting an answer, rang the landline but got answerphone every time. I eventually sent him a text message asking him to ring me and got a reply from him this morning saying that he had once again ‘fixed’ it.
I’m guessing that it is drying up just enough to allow the door to open before it leaks again.
I await his next call. :rolls:
