I am having problems with this machine not pumping out,usually near the end of the programme. I have cleaned all the pumps and hoses and am confident there are no obstructions, it is intermittent and seems to work OK for a couple of weeks and then fails again. There is a white plastic ball in the flexible output hose from the drum to the pump and I was wondering if this might be causing the problem, and if it is is it OK to remove it or will this affect the operation of the machine?
