hi all just wondering if anyone has tried a repair on the ice cube tray that always cracks at the rear where it has the bump stop

The amount of pressure that the stub comes under as the tray hits it buffer is very strong so I’d be very surprised if there is any kind of repair that would be strong enough. I’d be impressed if someone has come up with a method of repair
