It means the dryer heater isn’t working Cathy.
One for an engineer unless you have the correct test equipment.
Check repairs@ and the directories there should be an engineer there who can help.

thats odd, cos it happens 10 mins into the wash sequence, and the dryer is not set to run at the end (and almost never used)?

That doesn’t surprise me to be honest.
Fault codes are essentially an engineers guide and are often innaccurate and misleading 😕

okay thanks for your help dave……i was hopeing to find out the problem before i called an engineer out, cos last time i had a problem the engineer didnt have a tube of glue what was wrong and just sprouted loads of things at me as if i was a dohnut.
