I’me looking at this build in oven. The customer has had it for a while so is familiar with its operation until now.
It does not heat on any setting. The time on the clock can be set; the fan in the oven runs as does the cooling fan; the elements are all ok. There are two tocs which are testing closed circuit. I’ve seen reference to child lock and shop mode on another site but have been unable to access these features.
wondering if there is a resetting procedure before condemming the clock/relay board and ultimately the oven.
I’d be grateful for any help.

    Many thanks for your response.
The customer was in a hurry & they have gone to find samsung so its academic for now.
I did examine the selector switch & it looked in very good condition; no burn marks; good positive mechanical operation.
I have been thinking about this since and wondering if the a non resetting toc could have operated letting the control board think it was too hot already. The cooling fan was running immediately so not sure if the toc is supposed to be N/C or N/O. There are two tocs one above the oven and one to the rear.
With hindsight there were more voltage checks I could have done.
Maybe someone familiar with this model would like to comment.
