    We have a John Lewis JLWM1411 Washing Machine that will not fill, I have checked all hoses and filters but with no success. In diagnostic mode the error code E31 appears, unfortunately not knowing the manufacturer I’m unsure as to what the possible fault may be. Any assistance greatly appreciated.

    Hi Richard

    Malfunction in electronic pressure switch circuit, check the following:-
    Wiring, electronic pressure switch or main pcb.

    If this doesn’t help let me know and I can send you the service manual 🙂

    Spot on, Thank you. swapped out pressure switch and now working perfectly. Thanks again
