    Hi all

Got this machine, its ine of thise slimline top loaders with sideways mounted drum.

At start up the motor will go in to 2 second ramp up and then stop for a few seconds then repeat… Does this on spin and wash cycles
It lasts for around a minute, before thenmservice light flashes.

I suspected a broken tacho magnet, but on inspection it seems to have a plastic coated magnet? Dont think the magnet was around this as there is no room for e coil to slip over… Have spun the motor while checking for a voltage and i get a reading…

The other thing i have looked at, but as yet not checked or replaced is the motor triac..

    Anyone got any ideas?
Is there a test mode for this model?

    Thanks in advance
    Martin
