    well it looks like im getting all awkward jobs this week.

    this 9 kg beko (sorry forgot the number) is displaying the spin symbol and 15 minutes. it then give intermittent bursts of drain pump then stops, display shows “end” door lock symbol goes out then resets and keeps repeating. im unable to alter display at all.
    in fact it reminds me of the common smeg dishwasher pcb pulsing fault. maybe ive just answered my own question and maybe solder new capacitor on board, or is there another reason.

    I would be looking at the brushes ,or a bad motor block connection (harness side)

    thanks tim for the pointer. I also have one of these running perfectly so methinks i’ll swap motors over to see what happens. will post back the results.

    faulty motor for sure. pity id accidentally scrapped a machine with one on a few weeks ago. bit pricey at £120.
