    Hello hope you can help. Got a model AZB9780 Whirlpool c t dryer. Anyone know what F07 means please and better still how to reset the machine? Thanks.

    I sussed with help from zee web.
    This is how you get shot of a fault code, this doesn`t cure the fault it just clears the fault code.
    Turn of the tumble dryer and wait about an hour. Then turn back on and turn the dial to dead on 6 o/clock position and the press the start button 3 times. Then turn 1 click to the 7 o/clock position and press start button 3 times then turn to off at 12o/clock. you can then turn to any programme and press start and something should happed until the machine senses the original fault. F07 = no drum action via a sensor near the pcboard but in my case all that was wrong was the belt had snapped. New belt as a pattern part about 14 quid.

    How come UK Whitegoods didn`t know this?
