I have a whirlpool american style fridge freezer that has stopped working, we have recently moved house and the fridge freezer was working fine before.
When we installed the freezer there is no power at all, no lights nothing…checked the usual things like fuse etc to no avail
Any ideas would be gratefully appreciated

Second time today with the, “could be anything reply”! 😉
Boards, compressor, relays, caps, mains cable, filter if fitted and so on. There’s not enough to go on to be specific.

Ok got it working after replacing the defrost element as it kept tripping the rcd, now I get beeping and two dashed lines on the freezer side, there is a buildup of ice on the rear panel inside the fridge and the ice maker is working intermittently…the fan seems to running all the time but I can’t hear any noise from the compressor….seems to point to the rear board but I want to if it could be anything else
