    Called out to this machine as it was stopping on cycle.went through all the usuals,including insulation testing heaters.Found motor armature leaking to earth but just under house trip level.fitted new motor but fault persists.
    Programme cottons runs and stops with 39 in the display which i assume is minutes left.
    Drum is warm,pumped out.all water valves areok,motor pump and heaters ok.
    Is there a diagnostic programme on this machine,if so how to access.what would the machine be wanting to do at 39 mins, i dont have a map of the cycle.the pressure appears clear when blown through. Ideas welcomed. Steve

    This is happening on all wash cycles

    First thing I’d look for is a blockage in the sump hose , maybe a rogue sock or pair of pants.

    Just to update
    Machine on 60 cottons washes til display gets to 39,aborts,empties and releases door.
    Water heats and cold wash only washes cold.
    Insulation test shows clear.
    Could the ntc cause this,whats the typical value at room temp and say 60 degrees.
